Alphaforms by Alpha Efficiency

Ask one question at a time. Let the follow-up run itself.

Alphaforms turns a form into a conversation, one screen per question, then sends every answer where it needs to go: your CRM, your Slack channel, your own systems. You keep the data, the logic and your afternoon.

Built by Alpha Efficiency for our own lead forms first. Now it’s yours.

Build it. Connect it. Learn from it.

A form should do three jobs. Ask well, hand the answer to the right place, and tell you what actually happened. Alphaforms does all three from one workspace.

  1. 01

    Build

Write questions the way you’d ask them in a meeting. Add branches so people only see what applies to them. Style it once and reuse the theme everywhere.

  2. 02

    Connect

Every completed form can create a contact in HubSpot, post to Slack, hit your own webhook and report a conversion to your ad account. Nothing to export, nothing to paste.

  3. 03

    Learn

Watch where people start, stop and finish. Combine answers across forms. Pull a clean CSV when you need the spreadsheet anyway.

Build

A form people actually finish

One question per screen keeps attention on the question, not the scroll bar. Pick from short and long text, email, phone, multiple choice, pictures, ratings, NPS, ranking, matrix, date, number, legal consent, signatures and file uploads. Group questions into chapters. Recall an earlier answer inside a later question so the form sounds like it was listening.

Everything in the builder

Logic that stays out of the way

Branch on any answer. Combine conditions with AND and OR. Show or hide questions, send people to the ending that fits them, and compute scores or prices as they go.

Quizzes that grade themselves

Mark the correct answers, assign points, add feedback per question. The server does the scoring, so nobody can edit their own grade in the browser.

Your brand, not ours

Set colors, fonts and corner radius once as a theme and apply it to every form. Your logo on the welcome screen, your ending, your redirect.

Try a built-in theme

Progress that survives a phone call

New forms save partial answers and let people pick up where they left off for fourteen days, from the same browser, without putting anything in the URL.

Share

Put it where people already are

Every published form gets a short link and a QR code. On your own site, drop one snippet and choose how it appears: inline, full page, popup, slider, popover or a side tab. Respondents never log in and never get a third-party cookie.

  • Works in a 390-pixel phone embed without sideways scrolling.
  • Publish a snapshot. Keep editing the draft. Visitors only ever see the version you published.
  • Your visitor’s consent decision controls whether any ad tag fires.
Embed options and snippet
Choose an embed mode

Inline (standard). The form sits inside the page like any other section.Full page. The form is the page.Popup. A button opens the form in a centered modal.Slider. The form slides in from the side.Popover. A small launcher in the corner expands into the form.Side tab. A tab on the edge of the viewport opens the form.

Connect

The answer should not stop at the thank-you screen

A form that ends in an inbox is a form you have to babysit. Alphaforms hands the answer off the moment it arrives, then shows you the receipt.

HubSpot

Map email, name, phone, company and website to contact properties. Each completed response creates or updates the contact. Delivery status sits next to the response.

Slack

Post to a channel the moment a form completes. Keep answers private by default or include them when the channel is the right audience.

Webhooks

Send a signed, idempotent event to any HTTPS endpoint you control. Receipts, response codes and retries are visible in Results.

Google Ads and Meta

Report a conversion with the response ID as the transaction ID, only after the response is saved and only with the visitor’s consent.

Then do the next thing automatically

When a form completes, a contact is created or updated, or a date arrives, run an action: update the contact, send a webhook, or hand the event to the next system. Conditions can look at any answer, variable or score. Every run leaves a receipt.

Learn

Know where they stopped, not just who finished

Results show starts, completions and the exact question where people leave. Filter by date and device. Combine the same question across several forms into one chart, compare it, save it, and come back next week to see it refreshed.

Results, funnels and segments
  • Contacts live beside the forms: custom properties, saved segments, CSV import that merges by email instead of duplicating.
  • Export a CSV that opens cleanly in a spreadsheet and keeps the original question wording even after you edit the form.
  • Partial and completed responses are labeled separately, so your averages stay honest.

What people build with it

The same builder, pointed at the jobs that keep showing up in a small company.

Lead capture

Qualify on the first screen, score on the way through, land in HubSpot before you’ve read the Slack ping.

Client intake

Collect the brief, the files and the signature in one sitting, in chapters, with the client’s own name repeated back to them.

Feedback and NPS

One rating, one follow-up, done. Compare the score across projects in a single chart.

Knowledge checks

Graded quizzes for onboarding and training, with feedback on each question and a result screen that fits the score.

Applications and hiring

Structured answers, uploaded résumés, and a segment of everyone who cleared the bar.

Event registration

Capacity limits enforced on the server, a confirmation ending, and a webhook to whatever runs the guest list.

Why it exists

We built the form tool we wanted to own

Alpha Efficiency runs on agents and automations. Our intake forms were the one piece we rented, and renting meant someone else’s roadmap, someone else’s data policy and someone else’s price list. So we built Alphaforms for our own lead forms first, then opened the door.

It’s built the way we build client systems: every workspace isolated from every other, responses validated on the server, uploads encrypted at rest, passwords hashed, sessions in secure cookies, and no respondent ever asked to log in.

“If you can’t track it, it doesn’t count.”

Straight answers

Is this a Typeform replacement?

It’s a conversational form builder in the same spirit: one question per screen, logic, themes, embeds and integrations. We built it so we would own the tool and the data. If you’ve used that style of form before, the builder will feel familiar.

Do my respondents need an account?

No. Public forms and embeds work without any login or third-party cookie. Only the people building forms sign in.

What happens to the data?

It stays in your workspace. Each workspace is isolated at the database level, uploads are encrypted, and responses are checked on the server before they count.

Can I move answers into my CRM?

Yes. HubSpot is built in, Slack notifications are built in, and signed webhooks reach anything else with an HTTPS endpoint.

Can people pause and come back?

Yes. New forms save progress for fourteen days in the respondent’s browser. Nothing goes in the URL.

How do I get an account?

Create one at /signup, or log in at /login if you already have a workspace.

Build the form once. Let it do the chasing.

Create your workspace, write the first question, and connect the first system. The rest of the week is yours.

Make it.
