Connect

Hand the answer off. Keep the receipt.

Each form has a Connect tab. Turn on the destinations you use, map the fields once, and watch delivery status next to every response.

HubSpot

Map email, first name, last name, phone, company and website. A completed response creates or updates the contact by email. The mapping is frozen with the response, so a later edit to the form can’t rewrite history. Contact sync never opts anyone into marketing email.

Slack

Choose a channel, flip the switch, send a test. Notifications carry the form name, a timestamp and a link to the response. Include the answers only when you decide to.

Webhooks

HTTPS only. Every event carries an ID, a stable idempotency key and an optional HMAC-SHA256 signature. Rate limits are retried with backoff; anything uncertain waits for you to confirm before it’s sent again, so you never get the same lead twice.

Ad conversions

Google Ads conversion ID and label, Meta Pixel or dataset ID. The response ID becomes the transaction ID, duplicates are suppressed, and nothing fires without consent.

Automations

Triggers, conditions, actions

Every run shows its provider ID, response code and errors. Failed runs can be retried; uncertain ones ask for evidence first.

Triggers

  • Form completed
  • Contact created or updated
  • Contact enters a segment
  • A date you set

Conditions

  • Any answer, variable or score

Actions

  • Create or update a contact
  • Send a webhook
  • Update contact properties from answers

What if HubSpot or Slack is down?

You can disable the integration and queued work will not send after that. Uncertain deliveries can be read back before any retry.

Build the form once. Let it do the chasing.

Create your workspace, write the first question, and connect the first system. The rest of the week is yours.
