Everything a form needs, nothing it doesn’t

A three-panel builder: your questions on the left, the live form in the middle, settings on the right. Desktop and phone preview side by side. Drag or use the keyboard to reorder.

Ask the way the question deserves

Short text, long text, email, phone, website, full contact, address, multiple choice, dropdown, picture choice, yes/no, legal consent, checkbox, NPS, opinion scale, rating, ranking, matrix, number, date, signature and file upload. Welcome screens, statements, chapters, redirects and endings hold it together.

Logic you can read back

Rules use stable question IDs, so editing a label never breaks a branch. Combine conditions with AND and OR. Define numeric and text variables, run calculations in order, show or hide questions, and choose endings by rule or by best match. Only answers on the path people actually took count toward a score.

Sound like you were listening

Insert any earlier answer or variable into later question text, including a single field from a contact or address block and a single row from a matrix.

Grade on the server

Mark correct answers, assign points and write per-question feedback. The score is computed from validated answers, so the result can’t be edited in the browser.

Style once

Save a theme with your colors, fonts and corner radius and apply it to every form. Upload prompt images and picture choices. Pick an ending that redirects to your site with the answers encoded in the URL, or one that waits for a click.

Try a built-in theme

Draft on the left, published on the right

Visitors only see the snapshot you published. Keep editing the draft, roll back to any earlier version, and know that in-flight responses finish on the version they started with.

Interruptions happen

New forms save progress after each valid Continue. Respondents return within fourteen days from the same browser and carry on. Tokens live in the browser, not the URL, and completing later still counts as one response.

Straight answers

Can I import questions from a document?

Yes. Paste text and the builder turns lines into questions you can then retype.

Does editing a live form break responses in progress?

No. A response keeps the version it started on.

Build the form once. Let it do the chasing.

Create your workspace, write the first question, and connect the first system. The rest of the week is yours.
